2024 Vendor & Sponsor Options

We would like to welcome you to be a part of our 22nd Semi-Annual Midwest Preparedness Project Festival. The week-long event will be held Tuesday, May 7th 12 noon through Sunday, May 12th 12 noon. 

These are outdoor events, preparation for the weather is highly recommended. Due to the limited number of vendor spots, we limit each category of vendor per event restrictions.

For 2024 we are establishing an application process and will personally reach out to you upon receipt of your contact information to discuss your potential Vendor or Sponsorship. We offer a range of sponsor and vendor options for you, your business or your brand.  A sponsorship will cover a calendar year at both our Spring and Fall Festivals.

1. Our events are an entire week-long. We allow vending to take place on Thursday after 12noon, Friday from 9am until COB and on Saturday from 9am until the Barter Town event begins.

2. Vendors may only set up inside the designated vendor area.

3. Vendors must provide their own pop up, tent, tables, chairs, and other furnishings. This is an outdoor event, so taking precautions for weather is incumbent on the vendor.

4. Vendors may NOT sell firearms or any other restricted items per state and federal laws, such as alcohol or cannabis products.

5. Any food vendor must provide applicable licenses, insurance and list the Midwest Preparedness Project LLC as an additional insured entity.

6. All federal, state and USACE laws and ordinances apply.

7. Vendor spots are claimed on a first come first serve basis.

8. MPP staff has final say on all things relating to vending at all MPP events including but not limited to moving vendor spots, amending prohibited items, permissions and allowances as needed.

9. In some cases, non-food vendors may be required to provide proof of insurance and list the Midwest Preparedness Project as an additional insured entity.
