2026 Vendor & Sponsor Options

Thanks for your interest in being a Vendor or Sponsor at the Midwest Preparedness Project Festival!

Become a Sponsor or Vendor at the Midwest Preparedness Project Festival!

We invite you to be part of one of the most dynamic and purpose-driven preparedness events in the Midwest — the Midwest Preparedness Project Festival!

Each year, hundreds of like-minded individuals, families, and organizations come together for a week of education, community, and hands-on resilience training. This is your opportunity to align your business or brand with a fast-growing network of freedom-minded Americans dedicated to Faith, Family, Fellowship, and Preparedness.

Why Partner With Us?

  • Two Major Festivals Each Year: Your sponsorship covers both our Spring and Fall events, giving you year-round exposure to our expanding community.

  • Targeted Reach: Connect directly with engaged attendees who value sustainability, homesteading, outdoor living, and self-reliance.

  • Meaningful Connections: Build real relationships with customers who appreciate integrity, craftsmanship, and mission-driven businesses.

Vendor & Sponsor Opportunities

We offer a variety of vendor spaces and sponsorship packages designed to fit your goals — from small business exposure to major brand partnerships.
