Event Details

Event Duration: One full week of community, workshops, and demonstrations.

Vending Hours:

Thursday: After 12:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM – Close of Business

Saturday: 9:00 AM – until Barter Town begins

Setup Requirements: Vendors provide their own tents, tables, and furnishings. As this is an outdoor event, please come prepared for weather conditions.
Regulations & Requirements

Vendors must comply with all federal, state, and USACE regulations.

Prohibited items: Firearms, alcohol, cannabis, or any restricted products.

Food vendors: Must provide valid licenses, insurance, and list Midwest Preparedness Project LLC as an additional insured entity.

Non-food vendors: May be asked to provide proof of insurance if applicable.

Vendor locations and permissions are subject to final approval by MPP staff.
